StoryTime (“we”, “us”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], creates personalized illustrated children's books. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. What we collect

• Photos you upload of your child (and any family members you add) to personalize the illustrations.
• Details you provide: the child's first name, age, and descriptive traits; the story options you choose.
• Contact & payment: your name and email (captured at checkout), and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your uploads and details solely to generate, deliver, and support your book, to process your payment, and to email you about your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

To produce and deliver a book, your content is processed by these providers under their own terms:

• Google (Gemini image models) — generating the illustrations from your uploaded photos.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generating the story text.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare R2 — encrypted object storage for uploads and finished books.
• Resend — sending transactional email (order confirmation, “your book is ready”).

Children's data

Our books feature photographs of children. We collect and process a child's image only with the verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian, who is our customer and account holder. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or submit their own information. No AI training on your photos

Your uploaded photos are used only to create your book. They are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. [Confirm with each processor's data-use terms — Google, Anthropic — and reflect any opt-out or enterprise no-training commitment here.]

Retention & deletion

We delete your uploaded source photos within 30 daysof your book being produced. AI-derived data used to hold your child's likeness (e.g. a character reference and face-similarity scores) is deleted on the same schedule. Security

We use access-controlled, encrypted storage and capability-token links to protect your uploads and books. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
